Lisa is a Master’s-level Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern with a diverse and extensive background in health and wellness. She holds a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition from Georgia State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion from Auburn University.
For more than three decades, Lisa has dedicated her career to the health and wellness field, serving as a triathlon and running coach, nutrition educator, and group fitness instructor. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and holds a certification from Precision Nutrition.
Recognizing the powerful connection between mental health and physical wellness, Lisa pursued clinical training to develop a truly integrative, holistic approach to care. Her work reflects a deep belief that sustainable well-being involves the alignment of mind, body, and lifestyle.
Lisa has been married for 30 years and is the proud mother of six adult children, two dogs and grandbaby.
