Clinical Social Worker

Hector is a bilingual (English and Spanish) Master’s-level clinical social worker with academic training in Forensic Psychology and Clinical Social Work. He is passionate about supporting individuals through a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, anger management, ADHD, and challenges faced by the LGBTQ+ community. He offers both individual and group therapy services.

Hector has experience working with women, children, and families, and incorporates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, play-based therapy, and art therapy. His work emphasizes creating a safe, supportive, and empowering therapeutic environment that encourages growth and resilience.

Culturally responsive and empathetic, Hector values understanding each client’s unique background and life experiences. His goal is to help clients build emotional skills, strengthen self-awareness, and move toward more balanced and fulfilling lives.
