Housewarming (Griha Pravesh)

Ganesh is prayed to remove obstacles

All directional gods (dikpalakas) are established to strengthen space all around. They are prayed to make protection from all directions

Nine planets are prayed to achieve success in all aspects of our life

Vastu puja is performed to remove negative energies from the house and bring good luck

Goddess Lakshmi is worshiped to bring prosperity and luck in our lives

Ishta devata or kula devata puja is also worshiped to bring prosperity for the entire clan

Good Luck and peace (Navagraha Shanti puja)

To achieve peace and happiness in the house we worship all the 9 planets perform shanti prayers and give ahuti in havan to all the planets and gods

Baby shower(Srimantam)

It is called by 2 names one is Srimantam and the other is called

Seemantham.  Srimantam means mother is blessed with the wealth of children.  Seema means boundry and antham means ending or erasing. Seemantham means the mother & father who are 2 separate people are permanently connected in the children and hence they can be never separate from each other.  Which concludes that the boundaries between mother and father is permanently erased. This is performed for the all the babies this is done to remove the obstacles for the baby and the mother as they both fight for new birth and by performing this puja it gives prosperity and good luck to the family which enhances safe delivery.

Naming new born baby (Namakarana)

Ganesh,Navgraha puja, Brahma havan is performed and traditionally 3 or 5 names is given to the baby during this puja

Gandamula puja (Nakshatra shanti puja)

Shanti puja according to the birth time of the baby or the star(nakshatra) the gandamula ritual will be performed. In this purification for the family and removal of bad luck and ill health for the new born, grand parents and uncles as to bring happiness for the entire family members

First feeding ( Annaprashna)

Starting solids in babies should be started by 6 months 6 days. The baby is fed 4 times imagining food comimg from earth, atmosphere and heaven to bring strength to mind body and soul. 4th time is fed to bring harmony between mind body and soul. Main reason to perform this ritual is making the baby individual person separate from mother.

First hair shaving (Mundan/Choula)

This ritual is performed by 11th month to remove the birth hair marking the separate existence from the mother until then baby is considered to be the extension of mother. Ganesh puja, navagraha puja and give ahuti to all the gods and do the choula ritual.

Ear Piercing (Karna Vedhi)

This can be performed along with Mundan. Ear piercing gives the baby proper listening skills for vedic chanting and mantra learning.

Starting education for Kids (Akshrabhyasa)

This is performed at the age of entering the 3rd year. This ritual is done for god ganesh, ashta dikpalaka (8 directional gods) Brahma, Vishnu & shiva (trimuty) Durga, Lakshmi & Saraswati (Tri matas) and first letters are written by the baby. this is acquire knowledge from 8 directions and give the baby creative sustaining and sustaining skills

For educational success (Saraswati puja)

When kids are going to First time school, or going to any new course or higher studies the goddess of knowledge Saraswati mata is worshipped.

Graduation ceremony (Snatakam)

Students after studying many years in a gurukula or boarding school graduate and then get married. This ritual is performed just before marriage as kasha yatra

Thread ceremony (Jenevu/yagnopaveet)

Thread ceremony is performed to enter spiritual life

Marriage ( vivaha)

All the marriage rituals for all the religions will be performed according to their tradition. I can perform weddings to all:

Punjabi, Gujarati, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Jain, Bengali, Bangladesi, UP, Bihari, Rajastani and every tradition. Every step is performed explained through out the marriage setting good standards for the young generation.  Pre wedding rehersal is also performed upon request.  Along with wedding signing the wedding legal document also done as I am authorized for it.

Funeral ( antyeshti)

Funeral rites are performed for all Hindu groups according to their tradition. Shanti paat, Garuda puran will be performed. 10 days ritual is performed on the 10th day. When the death occurs only physical body is destroyed but energy body and intelligence body are compressed like a small thumb, like preta aatma. To rebuild the energy and intelligence body same as before death on 10th day rice balls are offered to the soul. After performing the 10th day ritual the soul from the compressed state of preta aatma completely develops and reappears as a person died in the form of a ghost having both intelligence and energy bodies. On the11th day the soul who now exactly looks like a living person in the ghost form will feel very hungry. So on the souls name 11 brahmins are fed & a bull is donated to attain freedom. or donate equal amount for meals and bull donation. On the 12th day ancestors are invited to guide the soul to guide the soul to the ancestral world (Pitruloka) and this is called sapindeekaran shradh. On 13th day peace rituals are performed for the family like ishta devata puja, rudra Abhishek, pagdi rasam are performed to go back to their regular life style.

Monthly Death Rituals (Masika Shradh)

The soul takes 354 days or 1 lunar year or 11 ½ months of solar year to travel to the ancestral world. During this time 16 monthly shraddas are offered to feed, nourish and encourage the souls journey. As most people forget these days these shraddas can be performed during the 11th & 12th day rituals.

Yearly Death rituals (Varshika Shradh)

1 year death ritual is very important its called barsi or Samatsrikam. In this ritual 3 generation of ancestors are invited to lead the soul and establish the soul in the ancestral world. After the 1st years death ritual year death ritual are simpler not elaborative but should be performed without fail.
